1. 服務內容 / Our service

CARDAR 是由台灣個人經營者提供的線上軟體服務，包含球員卡市場研究、卡表、收藏管理與上架文案及匯出工具。透過 Paddle 支付的是軟體訂閱費，不包含實體卡片交易。實際可用功能以網站與購買時的方案說明為準。

CARDAR is an online software service operated by an individual based in Taiwan. It provides sports card research, checklists, collection management, and listing preparation and export tools. Payments through Paddle purchase software subscriptions, not physical cards. Available features are described on the site and in the plan offered at purchase.

2. 帳戶與使用 / Accounts and use

請提供正確帳戶資料並保護登入方式。僅上傳你有權使用的內容；不得侵害他人權利、干擾服務或規避存取限制。使用第三方市場或上架功能時，你須確認商品資料、照片、價格與平台規則，並自行決定是否發布。

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in methods. Upload only content you are entitled to use. Do not infringe others' rights, disrupt the service or bypass access restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing listing details, images, prices and marketplace rules before choosing to publish through third-party services.

3. 訂閱與扣款 / Subscriptions and billing

訂閱按月、每三個月或按年計費，除非取消，否則依結帳顯示的週期自動續訂。金額、幣別、稅額與首次及後續扣款資訊以結帳確認畫面為準。Paddle 為授權經銷商及交易收款方，付款亦適用其買方條款。未開放購買或僅顯示測試模式時，不代表已建立正式訂閱。

Subscriptions renew monthly, every three months or annually unless canceled. Review the checkout for the amount, currency, taxes and initial and recurring payment details. Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record; its buyer terms also apply to payment. A disabled purchase option or test-mode checkout does not establish a live subscription.

4. 研究資訊與第三方 / Research and third parties

卡表、估值、成交與刊登資料可能有延遲、缺漏或錯誤，不保證未來售價、成交或收益。請自行查證卡片身分、真偽與交易條件。第三方服務的可用性及規則可能改變。

Checklists, estimates, sales and listing data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. They do not guarantee future prices, sales or profits. Independently verify card identity, authenticity and transaction terms. Third-party availability and rules may change.

5. 內容、服務變更與權利 / Content, changes and rights

你保留自己內容的權利，並允許 CARDAR 為提供所選功能而處理該內容。維護、故障或必要的防濫用措施可能影響服務；重大訂閱變更會於適用前通知。既有訂閱不會因控制台建立新價格而自動改價。任何退款或法定消費者權利不因本條款而被排除。

You retain rights to your content and permit CARDAR to process it to provide the features you use. Maintenance, outages or necessary abuse prevention may affect availability. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply. Creating a new price in the control panel does not automatically reprice existing subscriptions. These terms do not exclude refunds or mandatory consumer rights.
